Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1 Not Quite Critical reserves the right to vary the content and format of any event, experience, course, or workshop, without notice, if necessary due to animal welfare or health.
1.2 Not Quite Critical reserves the right to postpone an event with reasonable cause (e.g., dangerous/unsuitable weather conditions). In the event of a reschedule you will be offered an alternative date.
1.3 Not Quite Critical will give as much notice as possible; however, this cannot always be guaranteed. Not Quite Critical cannot cover travel, accommodation, or any other associated costs if the scheduled date is cancelled/re-arranged.

2. Payment Terms
2.1 For Invoices: All invoices issued by Not Quite Critical are payable within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Not Quite Critical and the Client.
2.2 Payment Method: Payment should be made in full, without any deduction, set-off, or withholding, except as required by law.
3. Late Payment
3.1 Interest on Overdue Invoices: In accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, if an invoice is not paid by the due date, Not Quite Critical will charge interest on overdue invoices at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, applied daily from the due date until full payment is made.
3.2 Debt Recovery Costs: Not Quite Critical may claim compensation for debt recovery costs if the Client fails to make payment within 14 days of the invoice date.
4. Cancellation Policy:

4.2 Not Quite Critical protection will provide you with one transfer of the ticket to a following event if you're unable to attend your event due to a wide range of unforeseen circumstances including:

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and both Not Quite Critical and the Client agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
